We carefully and meticulously work through the recruitment process. With our collective and complementary skill sets we work closely with our clients to determine their needs, understand the company as well as the company culture and comprehend the role and its associated responsibilities. Then we go about finding people who will fit the needs of the client, interviewing each candidate thoroughly, determining those who are best suited for the company and the position and submit only the best candidates for the client’s review in a timely, efficient and effective manner.

We adhere to the following course of action to present to our clients the most highly qualified, highly motivated, proven and thoroughly scrutinized candidates for their positions.

    1. Identify Client Needs: Interview the Hiring Manager and/or HR Manager
        • Get a thorough understanding of the company’s needs and expectations
        • Thorough understanding of the role
        • Determine the necessary skills and qualifications for the position
    2. Create job specifications

        • Job responsibilities
        • Candidate Qualifications
    3. Develop research strategy based on clients needs
        • Utilize our extensive network to identify potential candidates
        • Network within and outside of our database to get referrals to capable potential candidates
        • Identify and contact candidates from competitive and complementary companies
    4. Candidate Interviews
        • Conduct a thorough interview of each potential candidate to determine if the correct “fit” exists from both a skill set and corporate culture standpoint
        • Narrow the list of candidates
    5. Presentation of Candidates
        • Present only the best candidates: We value your time so we prefer Quality over Quantity as do our clients
        • Provide a detailed summary highlighting the candidate’s skills and experience
    6. Client Interviews: Coordinate client interviews with candidate
    7. Interview Debrief: After the interview, we speak with both the client and candidate to get feedback
        • Determine client’s interest in candidate and candidate’s interest in role
        • Identify potential impediments to the hiring process to assist client in hiring their top preference
        • Use feedback from the client regarding the candidate to help refine search parameters to ensure we meet client’s needs with the right types of candidates
    8. Reference Checks: Conduct a thorough reference check on the candidate

    10. Continued Contact: After the offer has been accepted and the candidate has begun working for the client, we maintain contact with both the client and the candidate to keep updated on the status of both parties to ensure that both parties are fully satisfied with their choice.
