- Determine client’s interest in candidate and candidate’s interest in role
- Identify potential impediments to the hiring process to assist client in hiring their top preference
- Use feedback from the client regarding the candidate to help refine search parameters to ensure we meet client’s needs with the right types of candidates
- Reference Checks: Conduct a thorough reference check on the candidate

- Continued Contact: After the offer has been accepted and the candidate has begun working for the client, we maintain contact with both the client and the candidate to keep updated on the status of both parties to ensure that both parties are fully satisfied with their choice.
